The Fulfillment team is responsible for processing orders and shipping diffusers as quickly as possible. They also ensure that monthly shipments arrive on time and with no hassle.

How can I check the status of my order?

We’ll ship out your AuraPura diffusers 3-5 business days after receiving your order, but if you’d ever like to check the status, just call 419.725.9100.

How does the ordering process work?

Once you’ve selected the right scents for your brand and customers, our fulfillment team will ship your order within 3-5 business days. After that, you can place orders as needed. If you have a subscription, you’ll automatically receive a shipment each month.

How long will it take to receive my first order?

You’ll receive your first AuraPura shipment within two weeks of completing your order. If you have a subscription, you’ll receive future shipments on or around the same day every month.

What if I want to change or add scents?

Reach out to AuraPura Specialist Jon Marker and he’ll work with our Fulfillment team to make that adjustment for you. You can send Jon an email or call 419.724.7353.

Can I change my subscription frequency?

AuraPura subscriptions are monthly, but we do offer some flexibility if you’re selling diffusers faster than expected or need to delay a delivery.
